Employment With Akal Security

Akal’s personnel provide professional front-line security to our clients in a wide variety of situations including: controlling access to client facilities, using x-ray machines and metal detectors, inspecting vehicles, patrolling facilities, escorting key officials, and guarding restricted areas. This strategic contractor-client-employee partnership provides a high level of security that remains flexible and adaptable to our clients' changing needs.
Distance from Work Location Applicants applying for a position more than one hundred miles away from a work location, who are not willing to relocate, will not be considered for employment for a position that falls outside of the 100 mile perimeter. Applicants who live between 50 and 100 miles away from the work location will be sent an email confirming they are willing to make the daily drive to the work site, and expect to make that drive if considered for employment. Only those qualified applicants who: a) agree to relocate at their own expense; b) agree to make daily drive under 100 miles away will be considered for employment.
Akal's Talent Management System (TMS)and Online Applications
Akal Security accepts applications to its TMS (Talent Management System) for positions posted. Current postings may be for immediate vacancies, or anticipated vacancies. Applications are reviewed and considered in the order they are received.
Apply only for positions for which you are able to accept employment. Recruiters consider applicants specific to each posting, and they are not able to move you to another posting. Local applicants are considered first, generally within a 50 mile radius. State on your resume if you are willing to relocate (unreimbursed).
Applications for all positions will expire within one year, or sooner depending on the local hiring practices for the area you are applying.
