Selected from the highest levels of law enforcement and security organizations throughout the nation, Akal’s managers are leaders in their field. Our key personnel continually assess each security program, providing innovative ideas for cost-effective improvements. Akal’s on-site supervisors provide valuable leadership of security personnel, manage officer performance and take charge in critical situations.

Shown above, Mike Francis rose through the ranks of the New Mexico State Police to become Deputy Chief, responsible for 700 officers and investigators. Joining Akal in 2003, Mike is the Director of Akal’s Judicial Security Division and is responsible for over 3,000 Court Security Officers protecting all federal courthouses in 40 states across the U.S. Tony Perez: Tony had a distinguished career with the U.S. Marshals Service including serving as the United States Marshal for the Central District of California, the nation’s largest judicial district, and, until leaving recently to re-join the US Marshals Service, served as a division director for Akal. Robert Seignious: Robert completed 35 years with NYPD, retiring as the Chief of Headquarters Security. Robert is Akal’s Contract Manager for the Second Judicial Circuit Court Security Officer program, where he protects the judiciary in three states, including New York.
