Proposal Manager, Corporate Headquarters, Albuquerque, NM

The Proposal Manager reports to the Vice President of Business Proposals. The individual facilitates the entire proposal development life cycle from opportunity qualification to post-proposal submission. Key Senior success factors include the ability to plan and manage a schedule; commitment to on-time performance; experience developing and managing proposals; management of internal and external resources; coordination of inputs, reviews, and strategy implementation; problem identification and resolution; and process training and leadership. The Proposal Manager will support RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and oral presentations across the corporation. This individual will possess expert level understanding of the Shipley Proposal Development processes and will be responsible for continually improving upon them and promoting them across the organization.

Business Development Coordinator, Corporate Headquarters, Albuquerque, NM

The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) reports to the Vice President of Business Proposals (VPBP) and provides project management support, comprehensive office administration management, and budget management support. The BDC coordinates activities for the Akal Group of Companies (AGC) Business Development Center in Albuquerque, NM. The BDC serves AGC) in the implementation of its strategic objectives, as well as mission and corporate vision, through deployment of the AGC Business Development Center in Albuquerque. The Business Development Coordinator shall work collaboratively with personnel internal and external to the AGC family of companies to achieve corporate objectives.
